"This past season I was a 2nd Team J.C. Gridwire All American along with 1st team all conference and 1st team all state. I have had the privilege to be trained by Vincent Gabriele. In working with Vince I became a lot faster, stronger, and quicker. The main reason that I was able to have such a successful year is because I was able to stay healthy the entire season. I owe that to Vince. In our workouts we did lifts and drills to prevent injury. One of the main reasons I started working out with Vince was to increase my speed. I improved my 40 time and it showed in the way I played this year. I would recommend training with Vince to anyone who wants to work hard and become a better player/ athlete.
