College Prep Speed, Strength, and Conditioning

Limited to nine athletes per group.

This 9-Week program will be all you need to report to training camp in the best shape of your life. The program is open to 9 college athletes either currently in college or planning to attend next fall. College Prep runs 4 days a week, similar to most college summer programs and is designed to get you in unbelievable shape, it will also prepare you physically and mentally for the type of training you will endure once you arrive on campus.

  • Injury Prevention Training
  • First Step Quickness and Explosive Training
  • Master Exercise Technique to prepare for college strength programs
  • Establish Sound Nutritional Habits
