Our most requested program by top area athletes. With our type of speed training you will notice a difference in a short period of timeā¦
A component of all strength training. Most players are out of balance and IT IS affecting their performance. It's the difference between making the play or coming up short.
For better muscle balance and joint stability so you can reduce risk of injury and boost your performance.
Decrease body fat to improve relative body strength. Fat weight doesn't produce force so et's get rid of it. Muscle produces force sp let's get you on a program that reduces fat and builds power producing muscle.
Injury Prevention Training so you never miss a game.
We create an environment where athletes take responsibility for their training. Our staff is committed to develop strong, confident and self-sufficient young adults. These lessons reach farther than the walls of our gym.

- Six athletes per group with a 6:1 athlete to coach ratio
- Dates:
- Jun 28 thru Aug 28 | Choose your weeks (4 wk minimum)

- 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM | Mon thru Thu

- 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM | Mon thru Thu

- 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM | Mon thru Thu

- Cost:
- $99.00 per week (Six week minimum. Payment due in advance)
All new clients will need to schedule an assessment before camp starts. The session will take one hour and the cost is $50.00.
