The most important time to be at your best is during the season. Hopefully you have spent the past several months preparing your body for your sport and the time to perform is now!

The training you have been doing does not and should not stop. Strength and Power Training two times per week has been proven to maintain and even improve your strength, speed and power over the course of a long grueling season.

Two workouts per week is what you need to keep your performance at a very high level.

The goals of our In-Season program:

  • Maintain/increase strength and power
  • Reduce risk of injury
  • Improve speed and quickness
