The most important time to be at your best is during the season. Hopefully you have spent the past several months preparing your body for your sport and the time to perform is now! The training you have been doing does not and should not stop. Weight training two times per week has been proven to maintain your strength, speed and power over the course of a long grueling season. Two sessions per week in the weight room will be all you need to keep your performance at a very high level.

- Male or Female High School Athletes willing to make a very big commitment to their athletic performance and maintain all the hard work they did during the off-season
