Limited to 12 athletes per group.

This year round co-ed program is specifically designed for Middle School (Ages 10-13) athletes looking to improve their athletic performance. These ages are critical periods in a young athlete's life to develop sound skills that are so important in preventing injury and maximizing athletic potential. This program is strategically planned based on the age of the athletes. Certain skills are best developed during these ages and it is critical to take advantage of these Sensitive Periods.

  • Who: Male and Female Middle School Athletes (Grades 5-8)
  • Dates:
  • Block A: Fall, Sept 13 - Dec 18 | 14 weeks
  • When:
  • Choose two or three days per week. Sessions are one hour in length.

  • 4:30 PM Mon thru Fri - Grades 5-6
  • 5:30 PM Mon thru Thu / 10:00 AM Sat - Grades 7-8
