Limited to six athletes per group.

ATTENTION Parents of 8th and 9th grade BOYS: If your son will be participating in a sport in High School, he will be required to lift weights with his school. Do not let him show up unprepared! The biggest cause of injury during weight training is lack of proper instruction in technique and improper loading (using too much weight). Strength Training is SAFE for young athletes provided it is safely structured and under professional supervision. This program will prepare your child to lift weights safely and much more effectively.
All Athletes will:
- Learn Weight Room Technique safely and effectively
- Strengthen Ligaments, Tendons, Muscles and Bones
- Train to prevent injury in the weight room and on the field
- Become more flexible

"There is no doubt in my mind the GFP strength and conditioning program was a contributing factor in our 2009 group 2 State Championship, our conference championship, #1 team in union county and the #11 team in the state! Vince truly cares about each of the athletes he trains!"

"My son Carter has been a steady student of yours for almost a whole calendar year to date. Words cannot express what the program has not only done for him physically, but more importantly for his level of confidence and self respect. He has gained 7lbs(mostly muscle weight in his lower torso) which will greatly benefit him for future athletics. His balance and agility have increased 10 fold. Again, most important are the 70lbs he has gained mentally. I wanted to send a personal THANK YOU to yourself, Tom and the rest of the staff. Keep up the good work, and don't change a thing. The program is FANTASTIC!"
