Fat Blast is a special system designed to help lose body fat. It combines the two most proven training methods for burning fat. Interval Training and Resistance Training. These two methods will turn your body into a fat burning machine.
Typical Class Structure (1 hour sessions)
- Warm-up and Activate Muscles (10 Minutes)
- Resistance Training (30-40 Minutes)
- Interval Training (10-20 Minutes)
This section will get you fired up and ready to go. It will incorporate specific flexibility, mobility and activation exercises designed to prepare your body for the upcoming challenge. This section also will aid in keeping your body healthy throughout your training program.
More muscle means more fat loss! Resistance training is the number one choice for fat burning because you burn fat not only while you are training, you will be burning fat for the rest of the day because you have boosted your metabolism. We will run this section in a circuit fashion to keep your heart pumping. Get ready to work!
Now that you have been resistance training for the past 30 minutes your body has used most of its sugar for energy. This leaves mostly fat for you to blast away. Interval training will allow you to burn many more calories than long slow distance because like resistance training, interval training enables you to be burning fat for the rest of the day!
When finished, feel free to burn Fat for the rest of the day!
