Fitness Coaching is the next level in Personal Training. The difference is in the experience and you will recognize it immediately. We pride ourselves on offering you not only the opportunity to participate in a cutting edge exercise program but to provide you with an atmosphere to improve your quality of life mentally, physically and emotionally.

We have created a scientifically-based training system for our personal training clientele. The system is structured to be flexible to meet the individual needs of our clients but will be implemented with the same core methods. The main pillars of our fitness coaching program are fat loss, strength and power training, pain management, balance, core strength and stability flexibility, cardiovascular training and nutrition.

Our three step process to success:

  • Step One: Consultation and Facility Tour
  • This will give you a chance to see first hand what you will experience at Gabriele Fitness and Performance. After our facility tour, one of our staff members will meet with you privately to discuss your fitness goals and how we will be able to help you.

  • Step Two: Assessment
  • All fitness coaching clients must complete a fitness assessment. An assessment is an absolute necessity to give our staff important information about your health and fitness level. Based on your goals some of the tests you may encounter in this process are:

  • Functional Movement Screen
    (This is the cornerstone of our assessment process)
  • Body Fat Testing
  • Circumference Measurements
  • Pictures
  • The assessment fee is $80.00 for assessments which are private and $50.00 for assessments which are semi-private.

  • Step Three: Program Design
  • Once we have all the information we need, our coaches will design a personalized fitness coaching exercise program for you that is based on your performance, the assessment and your fitness goals. Your program will be adjusted every 4-6 weeks to keep your routine fresh and to continue getting results!
