Chris DeGeorge has been committed to the Fitness and Sports Performance world since high school when he first experienced the success that working with professional trainers can bring.

Chris, a New Jersey native and graduate of Oratory Prep in Summit, was a 4 year Varsity Baseball Player – and Captain both Junior and Senior years.

He is a graduate of James Madison University in Virginia. He earned a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and Leadership and worked with the JMU Strength and Conditioning Program. Chris also gained experience in teaching Karate and Kick Boxing, Exercise Testing and Prescription and Rehabilitation.

Upon graduation, he elected to stay in Virginia to pursue his career in Fitness and Sports Performance, working as a Lead Sports Performance Coach and Site Director for a Sports Training Company with adult fitness clients and a variety of athletes including soccer, football and kick boxing.

He was also Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Future Captains Sports.

Chris is IYCA Certified as well as in CPR and AED.

His decision to move back to his home state of New Jersey resulted in a great match for GFP.

Chris has a passion and commitment to the success and quality of life of his clients - taking pride in seeing them achieve their goals in athletics and in life. We are very fortunate to have Chris on our Team.
