Joe’s passion for fitness, athletic development and performance training brings a great GFP success story.
After graduating from the University of Connecticut, Joe spent 1 ½ years in the business world where he confirmed that his true interests and passions were in fitness and athlete training. He joined Gabriele Fitness as an Intern, committed himself to long hours, hard work, constant studying - through our intensive training and education program – and to pursuing his formal education in fitness, as well. He has focused on becoming a great trainer.
Joe was a linebacker/defensive end at University of Connecticut, a Division I, Big East program, which fueled his passion for training. He attended school, played football and worked, as well. Hard work and commitment is not new for Joe.
He was a High School all star in football, baseball and track, including breaking the school record in single season points earned in football and state champion in javelin.
Earning a B.A. from University of Connecticut, Joe then completed all pre-requisite courses and is currently pursuing his M.S. in Exercise Science.
Joe is certified IYCA I and is currently studying for his CSCS certification. He is also CPR/AED certified.
He is a true professional who has captured the hearts of our clients with his knowledge, passion, excellent training skills and winning way.
